Prospect Capital Restaurants, operating Jersey Mike's Subs, is seeking a Shift Leader to support management, open/close the store, and lead a small crew. The role offers an hourly wage of $17–$18 plus tips and requires delivering a high-quality Jersey Mike’s experience to customers.

Candidates should have 1 year QSR experience, Serve Safe certification a plus, and be able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the management team.
