Jersey Mike's Subs in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team, deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience, and lead a small crew. You will help ensure high quality food, train teammates, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

We offer 35–40 hours per week, reliable transportation, and a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with opportunities for growth. The role pays $17–$18 per hour plus tips and includes paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year QSR experience required.
• Serve Safe Certification a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
