Job summary

Jersey Mike's Avon is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the store. You will coach staff, ensure high-quality food, deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience, and handle cash.

You will follow training programs, develop others, enforce policies, and lead by example in customer service with urgency. Responsibilities include opening/closing, maintaining cleanliness, training in four positions, baking bread, slicing, and supervising 2-5 crew members in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities
