Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set the tone.
• Coach team members in real time and provide guidance.
• Ensure food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling are performed.
