RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store shift, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will drive store operations and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• 2–3 years work experience preferred (retail, restaurant or food service).
• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Vendor management experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Train and guide your team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
• Foster accountability, respect and teamwork; proactively address busy times.
