Job summary

Burger King in Newburgh, IN is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead Team Members on every shift, ensuring food quality, fast service, cleanliness and safety, while coaching the crew with clear, in-the-moment feedback.

You’ll report to the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, own shift execution, follow BK standards, manage workflow, and help grow guest satisfaction and profitability; a strong people-first attitude and reliable decision making will help you advance into higher

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
A people-first attitude with strong communication skills.
Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsibilities

Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development.
Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and upholding BK standards.
Support profitability by following cash control procedures and helping manage inventory.
