RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a winning team on your shift, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure daily store operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set the tone with a cheerful attitude.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members with real-time guidance and feedback.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism; escalate when needed.
• Train staff to meet service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash wrap, and store processes for compliance.
