Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with adequate transportation to/from bank.
• Flexible availability which may include all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to perform mathematical calculations to make change, complete shift reports, and account for numbers of products during vendor check in.
• Able to learn new concepts, use technical materials, and operate a computer.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Required pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service; greet and assist customers; support peak hours.
• Assist in daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep.
• Help with merchandising, pricing, promotions, and shelf maintenance.
• Supervise assigned shifts when manager is absent and train new employees.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Understand store finances, manage cash and inventory, and control expenses.
• Support recruitment and development of the store team.
• Operate POS systems and store technology; assist with shift reporting.
