Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will set the tone on your shift, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence across food service, stocking, and cash handling.

You will develop future leaders through hands-on training, manage inventory and compliance, and collaborate with leadership to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Coach team members in real-time and provide guidance during shifts.
• Assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling as needed.
• Drive store operations and ensure guest service, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash wrap, and compliance documentation while maintaining teamwork.
