Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail/food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, guest-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set the tone daily.
• Coach team members in real-time, guiding food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism and escalate when needed.
• Train staff to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, promotional communication, and cash wrap.
