RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a team and set a positive tone on your shift. You’ll support store operations, drive performance, and help develop future leaders—one shift at a time.

You will coach team members, ensure guest service, food safety, inventory, and cash handling, and participate in training and leadership development. This role offers a competitive pay package and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong communication and team building skills.
