RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team and deliver outstanding guest service. You will guide staff on daily operations, from food service to cash handling, while coaching teammates to improve performance and morale.

You will drive store standards, train new hires, and ensure compliance with safety and policy guidelines, all while maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting company goals.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set the tone with a positive attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide the team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication to ensure standards.
