Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure safety and food safety standards.
• Rings up guests at a cash register and restocks shelves.
• Coach and develop store team members during designated shifts.
• Lead shift change communication and maintain store cleanliness and inventory.
