RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a winning team, set a cheerful tone, and guide guest-focused service on your shift. You’ll coach teammates in real-time, assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling, and drive operational excellence with empathy and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities
