Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred)
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments
• Strong communication and team-building skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift: set tone, direct tasks, coach teammates, handle guest concerns
• Drive Operational Excellence: train staff to meet service, food safety, and cleanliness standards; manage inventory and cash controls
• Model Communication & Accountability: relay updates, monitor task completion, provide feedback, uphold values and teamwork
• Responsibilities: maintain knowledge of policies, perform store walkthroughs, escalate issues as needed, train on new policies
