RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to drive daily store operations, guest experience, and team performance. You will lead by example on your shift, coach associates, and ensure food safety, inventory, and cash handling are executed with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cheerful, can-do attitude to motivate the team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time and offer guidance and support.
