Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast‑paced, high‑volume, guest‑focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Model a cheerful demeanor in all interactions and hold the team accountable.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time, offering guidance and support on every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check‑in, and promotional communication.
