Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred, some college is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing restaurant experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Must have or obtain required food handler's certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must pass a background check.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate restaurant staff during shifts.
• Train new employees on procedures and standards.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Lead shifts and manage breaks and hand-offs between shifts.
• Ensure cleanliness and health standards are met.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Support management with operations and guest satisfaction.
