Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant shifts with energy and passion, drive customer satisfaction, and coach the team. You will partner with the management team on initiatives and help shape the restaurant's future in a fast-paced setting.

You will mentor team members, handle conflicts, and ensure health and safety standards are always met while providing constructive feedback to the GM.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months of shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash handling, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Promotes Taco Bell's culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team member performance.
• Train and mentor team members; participate in hiring with the GM.
• Assist in cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Support health and safety standards.
