Candidate should have leadership experience, flexibility in scheduling, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Eligibility includes 18+ and driving requirements for multi-location coverage.

• Ability to lead shifts and manage crew during busy periods.
• Commitment to Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet targets and uphold McDonald’s standards for safety, security and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prep for the next shift.
• Open Availability and VALID Driver's License required
• Own car to work at different store locations
