Previous leadership in a restaurant or related setting is preferred. Applicants must be 18+ and ready to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Ability to lead crews and managers during shifts.
• Demonstrated commitment to food safety, quality, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards across the restaurant.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during each shift.
• Plan for each shift and communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Coach, train and schedule crew to meet targets and goals.
