Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew and fellow managers, and ensure fast, friendly service with top Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. You will plan each shift, monitor performance, and help prepare the next shift for success.

Must be at least 18 and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous leadership in restaurants or similar settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prev leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shifts to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
