Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crew and other managers, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service while upholding McDonald’s standards in a franchise-owned location.

You will plan shifts, monitor performance, and drive quality, safety, and profitability; previous leadership in food service is preferred; must be 18+ and able to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Shift Manager responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance and safety, and helping the next Shift Manager prepare to run a great shift.
• Ability to meet targets and manage departments to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Inspire and supervise crew and other managers to maintain standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
