Responsibilities

• Plan each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Ensure adherence to McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the following shift.
• Assist departments in meeting targets and maintain safety and security.
