Job summary

McDonald’s corporate owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, coach crew, and ensure quality, service and cleanliness during each shift. You will monitor performance, safety, and profitability, and coordinate with the next Shift Manager to run a great shift.

Experience in leadership is preferred, with a flexible schedule for a fast-paced restaurant environment. Minimum age of 18 is assumed for managerial roles in corporate owned locations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide direction to crew and other managers during a shift to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability and prepare the next Shift Manager.
