Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness; monitor safety, security, and profitability.
