Job summary

Applegreen USA Burger King location seeks a Shift Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager and AGM in managing daily operations during shifts. The Shift Leader oversees Crew Members and ensures quick, accurate service while upholding brand standards.

This role requires supervisory experience, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. You will rotate across shifts, assist with inventory, and help deliver a clean, guest-focused dining experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work across all shifts.
• Must be at least sixteen (18) years of age and able to lift 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory.
• Directs preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to provide fast, friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase capabilities.
• Performs duties of Crew Member when necessary.
