Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a Shift Lead to support the GM and AGM in managing operations during shifts for a Burger King location. You will help direct crew, ensure quality and brand standards, and deliver fast, friendly service.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and time management, with flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Directs accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members; performs duties of Crew Member when necessary.
