Applegreen USA is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager at a Burger King location in the region. You will supervise a crew, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold brand standards during shifts.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record in customer service. This role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Excellent time management and multi‑shift capability.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must lift 25–50 pounds when required.

Responsibilities

• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities.
• Performs duties of the Crew Member when necessary.
