Responsibilities

• Adjust staffing and manage breaks based on business needs.
• Communicate clear goals and expectations to the team each shift.
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain shift documentation.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service on every shift.
• Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
