Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guests’ needs.
• Assist in training new hires and set the tone for the shift.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team member and role model.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, and act as key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize daily totals.
• Maintain excellent written and spoken communication.
