Job summary

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate availability includes a broad schedule (e.g., some evenings and weekends).
• Ability to work 11am–11pm shifts with a mix of 11-8 and 2-close shifts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to guests' needs.
• Train new hires, set the tone for a shift, and model appropriate behavior.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player and lead shifts as needed.
• Manage opening/closing tasks, drawers, and end-of-day procedures.
• Communicate clearly, both in writing and speaking.
