Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team members on shift, assigning duties and recognizing achievements.
• Deploy team members to meet guests' needs and service standards throughout shift.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by General Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and model exceptional guest service.
• Drive urgency to satisfy guests' needs and address issues promptly.
• Reinforce systems, tools, and procedures; correct deficiencies as needed.
• Monitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure restaurant standards and brand initiatives are executed during shift.
• Follow all systems to control labor, food costs, and cash during shift.
• Ensure compliance with policies on cleanliness, food safety, and safety during shift.
• Report equipment issues and discuss opportunities with the General Manager.
• Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies.
