RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a winning team on your shift, set a cheerful, can-do tone, and help guests feel welcome. You’ll coach teammates, assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling, and drive operational excellence while maintaining safety and brand standards.

You will train and develop team members, oversee inventory and cash wrap, and maintain a positive, accountable store culture in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused environments.
