RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a winning team on a fast-paced shift. You’ll set the tone, coach staff, and ensure top guest service while handling food service, stocking, and cash-handling tasks.

You’ll drive operations, train team members, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. This role offers growth into General/Co-Managers with a competitive benefits package and weekly pay opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail/food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to obtain food handler/alcohol server permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on your shift.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time and offer guidance.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Train and guide team to meet guest service and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee store processes including inventory, cash wrap, and compliance.
