Job summary

Weber Enterprises is seeking a Shift Leader for our Taco Bell location in WALLA WALLA, WA. You will lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service, resolve guest concerns, and uphold quality standards in a busy restaurant.

You will oversee food preparation, safety, and costs, including opening/closing duties, while motivating staff and maintaining a positive work environment. Experience in fast-food or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• US work authorization.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (possible during employment).
• Must obtain additional food safety certification (on the job).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of making quick, effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests quickly while meeting service goals and resolving complaints.
• Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, cooking, and sanitation; manage labor and food costs.
• Coordinate opening/closing activities; monitor crew productivity and equipment cleanliness.
• Execute marketing programs and suggestive selling while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provide energetic leadership, give feedback, and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
