Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Must possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment, depending on state/local requirements).
• Must be able to obtain additional food safety certification (on the job).

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and maintain service speed, resolving complaints quickly.
• Make quick business decisions with the guest in mind while ensuring a neat appearance and quality products.
• Maintain friendly, courteous attitude and uphold operational standards.
• Coordinate opening and closing activities and oversee crew productivity.
• Lead by example, provide feedback, and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
