Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise the operations of a shift, ensure food safety and quality, and uphold Wingstop standards. You will also support staff, manage inventory, and provide exceptional guest service.

The role requires leading by example, training newer crew members, and ensuring the dining room and kitchen stay clean and organized throughout the shift. Flexibility to cover duties during peak hours is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of a shift to ensure food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and standards.
• Greet and assist guests, maintain high service standards, and have strong product knowledge.
• Train new crew members and oversee staff performance.
• Manage inventory control and ensure store policies are followed.
• Open/close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Motivate and manage crew members; coordinate breaks.
