Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations as Manager on Duty, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.

You will coach team members in real time, manage frontline and kitchen tasks, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness while driving speed of service during peak and off-peak hours. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant shift leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts as MOD.
• Deploy team members across kitchen and front of house.
• Drive strong execution during peak and non-peak hours.
• Monitor ticket times, order flow, and SOS performance.
• Adjust staffing and breaks based on business needs.
• Communicate clear goals and expectations to the team each shift.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness across the restaurant (FOH and BOH).
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain accurate cash control.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service on every shift.
