• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, clearing tables and sanitizing areas daily.
• Communicate with teammates and management to create schedules and train new staff.
• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Maintain a neat appearance by wearing the uniform and following dress code.
