Job summary

Weber Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to drive fast service, handle guest inquiries, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced Taco Bell environment.

You will lead by example, manage food preparation, and ensure safe, sanitary operations while supporting opening and closing duties. Ideal candidates will be 18+, have food service experience, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain a food handler's certificate (state/local requirements).
• Must be able to obtain additional food safety certification on the job.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with speed and courtesy, resolve complaints, and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee product preparation, sanitation, and costs while managing daily operations.
• Coordinate opening/closing, supervise crew productivity, and ensure equipment is clean and safe.
• Execute marketing programs and promote upsell while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
