Weber Enterprises is a Taco Bell franchisee seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily operations, lead a team, and ensure fast, friendly service. You will oversee food safety, product preparation, and attendance while maintaining a positive, energetic environment.

This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates are 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to obtain food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to manage daily shift operations and ensure fast, friendly service.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain quality standards and food safety.
• Oversee product preparation, sanitation, and cost controls while managing labor during shifts.
• Coordinate opening and closing duties, supervise crew productivity, and ensure equipment safety.
