Job summary

Weber Enterprises, Inc. is a family-owned Taco Bell franchisee with over 40 locations across Oregon and Washington, now looking for a Shift Leader. You will lead by example, manage shifts, ensure quick service, and uphold quality and safety on a fast-paced line.

You will resolve guest issues, supervise labor and costs, and participate in opening/closing duties while fostering teamwork and effective communication among staff and managers. This role offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain food handler certification if required by state/local regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and manage shifts to ensure fast service.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee product preparation, safety, and costs.
• Coordinate opening and closing activities and supervise crew.
