Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members on assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met. You’ll coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and keep the team focused, motivated, and accountable.

Under the direction of the RGM and AM, you’ll own shift execution and help drive results through strong communication and attention to detail. This is an entry‑level leadership role on a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and upholding BK standards.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, managing inventory, and receiving truck orders.
