Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Meet state food safety requirements and pass a Food Safety Certification.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand 8-9 hours and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards are met.
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Prepare finished products efficiently and maintain health and safety standards.
• Restock lines, chips and coolers; clean tables, counters, and kitchen areas.
• Operate cash register and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
