Playa Bowls in Danbury, CT is seeking a Shift Leader to help manage daily operations, ensure product quality, and deliver a fun guest experience. The role extends management when leaders are away, delegating tasks and supporting a fast-paced environment.

You will open and close shifts, handle refunds, oversee inventory, and uphold Playa Bowls values. Must be a team player with flexibility and be willing to complete PB Food Safety certification within 3 months; weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must pass PB Food Safety certification within 3 months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain food quality; discard spoiled product.
• Delegate tasks to staff responsibly.
• Lead opening and closing shifts.
• Manage and issue refunds.
• Resolve customer issues politely and professionally.
• Record inventory levels during and after shifts.
• Count cash, safe, and deposits.
• Communicate issues to management during shifts.
• Ensure tasks meet company standards and embody Playa Bowls values.
