Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the quality of food, discarding product when necessary
• Delegate work to employees in an appropriate and responsible manner
• Lead opening and closing shifts
• Manage and issue refunds
• Resolve customer issues in a polite, professional manner
• Record and manage inventory levels during and after shifts
• Count cash and deposits
• Communicate issues to management during shifts
• Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner per standards
