Playa Bowls Utah is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee shop operations in the absence of a manager. You will lead by example, delegate tasks, and ensure a superb guest experience while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing shifts, managing refunds, inventory counts, and cash handling, with a focus on consistent, high-quality service. Must pass PB Food Safety certification within 3 months and be available for at least 3 shifts weekly.
