Qualifications

• Previous shift leader or supervisor experience preferred.
• Ability to manage opening and closing shifts.
• Commitment to food safety standards and procedures.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food quality throughout your shift, ensuring freshness and discarding products when necessary.
• Delegate tasks efficiently to support smooth operations and team productivity.
• Lead and manage opening and closing shifts with consistency and attention to detail.
• Handle and process customer refunds accurately and professionally.
• Address and resolve guest concerns in a courteous, solution-oriented manner.
• Monitor and record inventory levels and end-of-day counts.
