Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a restaurant shift, focusing on guest service, profitability, and operations. You will support the RGM/AM, manage a team, and ensure fast, friendly service in a clean environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in quick-service, availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and direct Team Members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Manage shift profitability and customer satisfaction through proper procedures.
• Coach and provide feedback to improve restaurant performance.
• Direct the preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Review restaurant results and identify improvements; uphold brand standards.
